STUDENT FORMS
When attending the College as a Residential student, students are required to complete the relevant forms if they are requesting to bring particular items onto the College grounds. ​​
STUDENT MOTOR VEHICLE POLICY FORM
If a student (Boarding or Day) wants to drive their vehicle to and from the College, they are required to read and sign a 2026 Student Motor Vehicle Policy form and submit it to the Head of Residence PRIOR to driving a vehicle on College grounds.
This form needs to be submitted and approved BEFORE a student is permitted to drive to school. ​
If your child will be driving another student in their vehicle or be a passenger in another student's vehicle, please complete the 2026 Drivers' Permission Form and email it to harvey.residence@education.wa.edu.au
HORSE RIDING & AGISTMENT
Students may bring their horse to the College to be used afterhours. Please complete the 2026 Horse Riding Agreement and Horse Agistment Agreement Guidelines forms and submit it to the office PRIOR to bringing your horse onsite.
If your child would like to lease a College horse afterhours, please complete the 2026 Lease College Horse Lease Guidelines form and bring it into the office.
MOTORCYCLE TRACK PROCEDURES
A motorcycle track available to students for recreational purposes, located on the College property.
The track has been designed and constructed in conjunction with Motorcycling Western Australia (MWA). The track has been assessed and passed by MWA as complying with the required standards and will be reviewed by MWA on an annual basis. WA College of Agriculture Harvey is an affiliated member of MWA.
Students wishing to bring their motorbike to the College must complete the 2026 Motorcycle Track Procedures form and return it to the College. Approval must be given before bringing a motorcycle onsite.
