We encourage any Year 9 or 10 student to “Try Out” WA College of Agriculture, Harvey for a normal school week to see how the College suits them. Try Out weeks are held each Term from a Sunday to Wednesday and there is no cost to parents or obligation to enrol at the College. Places are available to those who may be interested in studying for the Year 10, 11 and Year 12 agricultural courses which offer many career opportunities, entry to Muresk Institute of Agriculture, further study at TAFE and linkages to apprenticeships.
Students need to arrive at 2.45pm at the latest on Sunday. Parents are required to arrange transport for students to and from the College. Visitors are welcome during office hours to look over the College and Farm. Full details are available by contacting the College. The College will contact interested students once a “Try Out” week has been organised. Please download the attached form.
